Very nice Villa Stay!
outdoor shower helpful service
I spent several nights at this AMAZING resort. The villas were spacious, with a superb outdoor shower and high cleanliness standards. The staff provided friendly and helpful service. They really were pretty good. I enjoyed yoga and balance classes (thanks to Deepak and Ravi for making it special).
I found the main pool a bit cold. Even the jacuzzi was only slightly warmer, which limited my enjoyment of those facilities. I wished the pool temperature was more comfortable for extended swims.

The spa boasts two exquisite pools and a whirlpool, offering a relaxing experience after activities. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is a kids club including a shallow pool, a playground, and an air-conditioned playroom.

The entire staff displays unparalleled friendliness, addressing any queries promptly. Darshini from the front office was especially helpful. Vishal at The Rum Shed provided great service. He was courteous and always smiling (a very nice person).

Breakfast offered an array of egg dishes, crepes, and fresh fruits. Stars Restaurant and La Kaz Mama provide diverse dining. Expect Japanese, Indian, and local cuisines. The Rum Shed Grill has great grilled dishes (the steaks were delicious!).

excellent attention constant communication
The staff provided excellent attention to detail. Amal assisted us with numerous requests and maintained constant communication ensuring all our needs were met.
There was SLIGHTLY limited variety in the breakfast buffet over my several days.

villas privacy true tranquility true escape
i really enjoyed the villas privacy and it's so quiet. the suites were great because i had real tranquility. it reminded me of a true escape and i could relax and disconnect from everything .
the bar layout is not ideal because it's on a different side of the resort from the kitchen, this slow things down.

the stars restaurant provides excellent service plus fresh, delicious food. rhum shed is a little less attractive but the service is good too. the variety.

each suite boasts a big bathroom complete with details and candles. the beds are comfy with exquisite decoration. i found that the rooms are well kept.
